Hello I have some background in payday loans. What you need to do is go to your bank and make a stop payment on the loans. All they can do it file with a collection agency and it goes on your credit. I no it is not perfect but when you need the money more for your child then you do what you have to do. And the loan companys will end up offering you a payment plan. Please Help me!!!! I am a 28 year old mother of two girls ages 6 and 2 , my kids and I are fixing to be on the streets if I do not come up with $300.00 dollars for rent. I am going through a hard time because my housing did not go through.Today is my oldest daughters bday and I can not even give her anything for her 6th bday! I just found a Job and I am running behind on my rent not to mention my car broke down so I had to spend all the money I did have just to fix it so I can get to and from work. Please if anyone could please help my children and me I would so be greatful. It would be a tax write off for anyone who helps me. And I would be willing to sign a contract for repayment of the money, Thankyou and godbless Kristie
